A dish that kids don’t ever seem to turn their noses up at is alphabet soup. Eat!â€™s Resident Chef John See adds a twist to this popular childrenâ€™s dish by cooking alphabet soup with pasta and peaches.
Alphabet pasta peach
80g fuesili pasta
1 can chicken alphabet soup
50g bay shrimp
50g mixed vegetables, cubed
2 tbsp cream
10 nos of peaches
1 nos of cherry tomato, cut into wedges
Dash of salt and pepper
Parsley, according to preference
1. Blanch pasta in a pan of water or till enough to cover the pasta. Then drain once it boils.
2. Put pan back on stove and dry out the pasta.
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
4. Plate by topping pasta on peaches.
5. Garnish and serve.
